Coach Catrina has been a runner for over four decades. She’s an Athletics Australia accredited run coach and 5-time marathoner (so far). She is passionate about working with runners of all abilities and has a unique person-centred, holistic approach to her coaching. She also brings her experience as a qualified counsellor; an added resource helping runners develop confidence, resilience and a strong mental game. From first runs to finish lines, Coach Catrina would love to work with you.
